Whilst having a big family i have had the opoortunity and blessing of helping out where needed with my nieces and nephews. I often have care of them at my house as well as enjoy having them for sleepovers. Aged from 6 months-6 years.

• Assisting with meals, snacks, and bedtime routines for them. Ensuring that i know the allergies and food requirements depending on their ages.
• Ensuring that the house and or area the kids are in is kept tidy, books and toys as clean as possible.
• Give medication when needed according to parent instructions.
• Maintaining a positive attitude while being patient and understanding with them.
• Providing a safe environment for children to explore their curiosity and creativity.
• Remaining alert at all times whilst in my care.

• Prepared ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use.
• Cooked numerous foods according to customer orders .
• Labeled containers with identifying information like date prepared and expiration dates.
• Ensured that all OHS regarding food handling were followed during food preparation.
• Quick on my feet, able to respond to fast enquiries.
• Maintained cleanliness of work areas including floors, dishes etc.

• Planned, prepared, and cooked meals for kids at the school.
• Ensured that all kitchen equipment was properly cleaned before storing away after each use.
• Money handling
• Assisting where required and requested as per my manager to order and collect groceries for food preparation.
• Restocking of snacks and drinks
• Complying with all OHS and Child Safety requirements.
