As Team Leader my role is to provide guidance to other team members within the department as well as keeping good communication going throughout other team members to ensure we are all working alongside each other under the same understanding
It is my responsibility to keep check of all promotional offers within the department and to print out all tickets and arrange for them to be displayed on all fixtures and stands for our customers to see
With specialist knowledge of how to fit women into the correct fitting bra as well as specialist training of prosthesis fittings of both prosthetic breast forms and bras for women who have had mastectomies or lumpectomies following breast cancer
My current role within the company has me completing various tasks such as assisting customers with underwear, swimwear, sleepwear and activewear which all fall under our department's responsibilities, how ever we are not limited to also helping customers within the womenswear section of Myer and their concession groups too
Duties include a professional and positive experience to be given to all customers including POS, sales, returns and exchanges, online orders, customer enquires, ensuring new stock is on the shop floor and stock on the shop floor is kept tidy and put back in a tidy manner
It is also my responsibility to have the department ready for when we are doing scan count.
