Responsibilities

Design, facilitate and maintain a face to face training program to onboard new starters, including training documentation. Develop, facilitate and maintain online training modules for new starters. Work with the wider enterprise team on testing and rolling out training of new business processes across the national sales teams, delivering sessions both face to face and online across all areas of the business.

Achievements

  • Introduction of training and sales onboarding boot camp. These components formed the base of a sales excellence program to ensure consistency and create the optimum experience with regards to knowledge of internal systems, Salesforce, products, culture and expectations, staff members who were in-person trained (whether in rooms or virtually) accounted for 89% of top achievers.
