• Facilitate all aspects of the Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy program within the appointed school site.
• Nurture culture, wellbeing and spirit to increase self-determination and engagement of Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy participants.
• Establish a culturally safe and inclusive Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy space.
• Collaborate with co-mentor to design programs and opportunities to engage Ngaarr Dhuwi Academy participants.
• Work collaboratively with school executive, Aboriginal Education Officers, and Aboriginal Education teams to ensure effective communication in all facets of Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy.
• Attend school-based meetings with staff where applicable.
• Liaise with family and kin in matters relating to Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy participants.
• Design and lead before/after school activities reflective of female Aboriginal student cohort
• Complete Personalised Plans for all Ngaarr Dhuwi Academy participants.
• Create opportunities for Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy participants to engage with community.
• Communicate with Ngaarr Dhuwi Girls Academy Program Manager and submit participant data snapshots.
• Engage with Professional Learning and Professional Development Plan Reviews.
