Experience working with families at high and imminent risk of statutory child protection intervention
Applied risk assessment, safety planning and cumulative harm analysis in collaboration with Child Protection, Police, schools and health services
Strong working knowledge of Signs of Safety, including danger statements, safety goals, scaling and family-led safety networks
Regular involvement in mandatory reporting, information sharing and interagency planning
Practice grounded in child-centred, culturally responsive and trauma-informed frameworks, with a focus on keeping children safely connected to family where possible
