  • Managed a key contract with an external consultant; collaborated with 40+ stakeholders to examine feasibility of delivering mental health service on school sites and made a presentation on the findings to the department’s Chief Executive
  • Supervised a team of policy and project officers to implement a range of projects and initiatives, including professional development planning for 400+ educators and strategy for monitoring quality of external wellbeing program providers.
  • Developed ‘quick guides’ for educators responding to self-harm, suicide attempts and suicidal ideation in children and young people.
  • Collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams across the department to develop a new procedure for external providers delivering wellbeing services on school sites.
