Work History

National Business Manger (Growth)

Constant
Sydney, NSW
02.2024 - Current
  • I was an integral part of a team led by myself and the CEO in developing a new, non-existent model within the university and student accommodation sector. This involved creating the Resident Support Officer (RSO) resource model — a role designed to support student safety, wellbeing, partial care, and trauma-informed responses, particularly outside of standard business hours.
  • I drove the national success of this model by building strong partnerships with university procurement teams and senior stakeholders across Australia. The role was deliberately aligned with emerging national legislation, including the GBV Code for Higher Education, ensuring the model met both regulatory requirements and the evolving expectations of universities. Despite being a completely new offering to the market, the model generated over $15 million in revenue within 18 months and is now operating nationally. I am deeply passionate about community engagement and creating outcomes that are genuinely beneficial to the environments and communities I work within.
  • Developed and executed strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across national markets.
  • Led quarterly business reviews to assess progress against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Managed, supported and grew business relationships with existing accounts and developed strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Operated within budgetary constraints, participated in development of annual budget forecasts and reconciled operating budget.
  • Complied with policies and quality standards to maintain consistency in quality of services.
  • Increased company revenue by identifying new business opportunities and fostering strategic partnerships.
  • Championed change management initiatives within the organization for smoother transitions during periods of growth or transformation.
  • Implemented innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales performance.

Worked closely with local councils and community stakeholders to implement parking and land-use solutions with a considered, low-impact approach, ensuring community spaces and local amenity were respected while meeting commercial and operational needs.

National Sales & Marketing Manager

Care Group

04.2017 - 02.2022

  • Analyzed market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making and positioning.
  • Implemented CRM systems to manage customer relationships, improving sales tracking and reporting accuracy.
  • Evaluated new market opportunities and navigated regulatory landscapes, ensuring smooth entry into untapped territories.

Project & Product Delivery / Innovation:

Played a key role in project managing the implementation of a subscription-based, user-friendly app, helping shift the traditional parking model toward a more customer-centric experience. Led the development of a softer, more engaging approach to the parking industry by transforming the app into an interactive member platform, proactively changing user mindsets and improving engagement while removing the “gruff” perception often associated with the sector.

Community Impact & Recognition:

Awarded a Young Achievers Award for outstanding contribution beyond core role responsibilities. In 2018, worked closely with rough sleeping and homelessness organisations across Melbourne to support vulnerable communities and help identify practical, compassionate solutions to homelessness. These initiatives were actively supported by Care Park, with ongoing commitment to continuing this work in the community.
