Summary

For my career, I would consider many opportunities preferably related to my qualification, but would be willing to work a wide range of administrative and/or research capacities, with special interest in health and/or research. My professional background encompasses extensive experience in ethical oversight, data management, and stakeholder engagement. I have contributed as a volunteer at the Gold Coast Human Research Ethics Committee (GCHREC) and as a member of the University of Queensland Human Research Ethics Committee (HREC). Additionally, my research experience, including supporting longitudinal studies on child and adolescent development, recruiting participants for the Australian Research Council (ARC) Discovery Project on Child, Health, and Nutrition, and managing data collection and analysis, has honed my ability to manage complex research projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. My post-graduate study and extensive experience in research governance and administration have equipped me with transferable skills that are valuable for roles contributing to meaningful policy development and reform, particularly in rural, remote, and regional areas at Queensland Health.
