I have successfully led and managed a number of strategic projects throughout my work history:


  • Business Readiness Lead supporting 146 BCE schools and Offices to support readiness activities pertaining to the implementation of SuccessFactors.
  • Provided recommendation leading to successfully updating the academic probation policy at QUT and consultation with key stakeholders.
  • Managed a number of key senior staff appointments and onboarding at QUT.
  • Provided recommendations to position descriptions and eRecruit/Appian system to capture legislative requirements for COVID vaccinations, indigenous recruitment and female only recruitment.
  • Member of the COVID and Flood Support Team. Recommended updates to guidelines pertaining to management of COVID on the Digital Workplace. Worked with Digital Business Systems to implement Flood Special Paid Leave in Staff connect and managed responses to staff requiring assistance.
  • Member of the Overseas Travel Working Group designing working overseas guidelines to address tax implications.
  • Identified underpayments at QUT in First Aid Allowance resulting in an audit and rectification of pay for staff to ensure legislative compliance was met.
  • Member of the Business Working Group for Ascender Pay Upgrade Project.
  • Provided recommendation for audit reports including - Management of Disclosure of Interests, Company Approval Form, ID Verification response, Business Continuity Plan, Annual Report and Service Metrics.
  • Led restructure and major change management projects for QUT, Australia Post and Arrium including closing a site and relocating 600+ employees to a new site and closing six sites with significant cost savings.
  • Lead HR Stream member on consolidation project to close one site and merge with another involving redeployment of 26 employees.
