Additionally, I have extensive experience in staff management including performance management, sick leave management, compilation of annual leave rosters for over 200 staff members, sound knowledge of Health Roster and experience in building station/centre rosters, staff welfare, IMS management, complaints management, incident investigation and Control Centre Procedures. This includes extensive experience in ambulance dispatch and dispatcher supervision.


Most recently, in late 2022 and 2023 I have pursued a number of work opportunities including customer service assistant at IGA Jindera (October 2022 - March 2023); kitchen assistant at Mercy Health Albury (October 2022 to April 2023), before finding that the right fit for me is as a Patient Services Assistant with Albury Wodonga Health, working across both campuses.


Throughout my working life I have sought to further my education by completing a number of tertiary and vocational qualifications - listed in the Education section. I have, most recently, enrolled in and am completing a Diploma of Clinical Coding.
