I have been working with PRM since July 2024, where we were subcontracted with BHP in the two following locations: 327 Newman line and Redmont. I was operating the following plant.

Hi-rail Hydrema, Water Cart, Tipper.

My key responsibilities as an operator were:

• Strictly followed company rules concerning operations such as speed limits, idling time.
• Positioned and moved loads, responding to audio signals from crew members.
• Completed daily shift reports, take fives, and other key information for professionals.
• Established relationships with co-workers through the use of interpersonal, active listening, and inquiry response skills.
• Exercised continuous commitment to standards and regulatory training activities.
• Utilized radio communication systems for coordination between crew members during trips.
• Conducted vehicle inspections before and after every trip and reported to the on-site fitter if I had any queries.
• Understand the importance of positive communication on the radios with other working individuals and train control when seeking permission to gain access to the track.

• Performing general site maintenance tasks, including cleaning, waste management, and ensuring the work environment is safe and orderly at all times
• Proficient in operating and maintaining various types of driving equipment and heavy machinery as required, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
• Assisting in the setup and dismantling of work areas, including scaffolding, barriers, and other temporary structures in line with operational procedures
• Loading, unloading, and transporting required materials, tools, and supplies to various locations on the mine site efficiently and safely
• Consistently adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures by participate in safety drills and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents to supervisors immediately
• Working collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks

• Displaying expertise and experience in performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including vacuuming and disinfecting surfaces to ensure sanitised and presentable work areas
• Effectively maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies with the ability to report malfunction or shortage of supplies to supervisors, assuring to consistently adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a hygienic environment
• Regularly restocking cleaning supplies and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring all necessary materials are readily available for daily tasks whilst reporting any maintenance issues or repairs for corrective action
• Exceptional teamwork abilities, having worked in diverse circumstances with a variety of colleagues across varying backgrounds, able to work irregular hours to meet client requirements

• Performing thorough cleaning of bedrooms and bathrooms, ensuring they are maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness and care
• Expertly using appropriate cleaning products and techniques to sanitise surfaces, remove stains, and eliminate any potential health hazards
• Driving ongoing outcomes by paying close attention to detail to maintain the presentation and hygiene of the accommodation facility
• Accurately and efficiently allocating guests to their respective rooms, ensuring a smooth check-in process during peak periods or high occupancy
• Training new employees on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the importance of maintaining a high level of cleanliness
• Coordinating with front desk staff to ensure accurate room assignments based on guest preferences and availability
