Jennifer (Jenny) Shroff

Broken Hill,NSW

Summary

When I left high school in 1982, I went on to complete the Food and Beverage Management Certificate at Regency Park College of TAFE in SA.

I worked mainly at Oberoi Adelaide as well as numerous restaurants/motels/nightclubs in Adelaide. This was a requirement of the Food and Beverage Management Certificate to gain as much experience as possible.

I continued to work in the hospitality industry in America, then Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney until 2004 and then went on to complete my teaching degree.

I have continued to renew my Competency Card NSW over the years as I am a member of Rotary and have volunteered my services to do bar work and waitressing in the Southern Highlands and Broken Hill donating the money earned to Rotary.
