I am a professionally trained chef with over 19 years' experience in Australia, Latin America and European cuisine looking to make an exciting career change. My attention to detail, determined attitude and ability to work as a team member as well as independently allowed me to successfully manage staff in high paced environments for the better part of a decade. Working in the hospitality industry allowed me to develop excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills that ensure I am a great fit for all customer experience-based roles.

Moving to Melbourne from Colombia in 2015 allowed me to greatly improve my language and communication skills whilst working and exploring the incredible multiculturalism of Australia. Becoming an Australian citizen in 2020 is an excellent example of my hard work and quick learning skills that became the reason my family and I are able to be a part of this beautiful country and its people.

After working in the hospitality industry for over a decade, I decided to study Certificate IV in Cybersecurity at Holmesglen (graduated), this course provided me practical skills in identifying and reporting system vulnerabilities, website, and system threats, it also gains skills in penetration testing , networking fundamentals, network security basics, and firewall installation, configuration, and management. I am excited to be making a move into a different field that will test my skills and abilities in new and exciting ways and I believe that my commitment and eye of detail could make me an invaluable assets to the organization.
