Staying fit is not always about lifting weights and gaining abs and muscles, but keeping us away from illnesses and sicknesses and keeps us energised for a long period of time. Staying fit has help me a lot to reduce my tiredness and sickness because I have low iron, and your body doesn't make iron so eating healthy also helps to keep you fit. How I like to stay mentally fit is meditation when I can, example before I start doing homework, when I have a headache, stressing, or free time. I also enjoy doing a bit of yoga and practising on breathing.
