On the 24th of August, I went to three different open houses with Sam Bennet from Harris Real Estate. During the 3 opens, I watched Sam interact with a variety of different clients and potential clients. It was an eye-opening experience, as you really get a feel of what to expect in their field of work. I learned a lot about what to expect from agents and clients when it comes to discussing what a client is looking for and the types of questions to ask, as well as what questions to expect.
At KFC, I gained experience in the field of customer service as well as a clear insight into the fast food industry. My role was to handle payment transactions by cash or card and inform customers of special promotions to hit KPIs'. Throughout my three years at KFC, I gained excellent verbal communication skills to relay and receive information and maintained strong working relationships with team members.
