With international experience in editorial and film production, I've been drawn into supporting the pursuits of others. I thrive in a creative, production-focused environment. Good teams are what interest me most. After an international career as an actor, I transitioned into editorial production, working with both images and text. I've shot a documentary, and produced and directed promotional films for several leading international brands. Over the last two decades, I've partnered in a small production studio focused on content creation for international design, architecture, and lifestyle reviews. Operating within tight budgets, we researched, produced, and sold our productions. Although based in France, most shoots were overseas, requiring logistical coordination from pre-production to post-production.With the decline of print media, our work shifted toward supporting the image banks of luxury brands, collaborating with creative directors to conceive and realize imagery for new collections, including hotels and fabric lines.. Additionally, I have contributed press releases, promotional reports, and memoirs for public relations firms. Hands-on experience in designing and constructing several building projects in France has provided me with valuable insights into contracts, budgeting, workflow, and dispute resolution. The boutique luxury hotel, Une Suite à Vannes, which I built and co-own, is a physical representation of my dedication to service and customer relations. Most recently, I have been working in an underground gold mine as an Explosives Magazine Keeper and, to a lesser extent, as part of the Service Crew. Protocol, health and safety, duty of care, and effective communication are at the forefront of fast-paced, high-pressure daily operations. Multiple water, ventilation, and electrical systems require constant monitoring and attention. This experience has deepened my understanding of good teamwork, where multiple small teams work together to maintain a 24/7 industrial operation.
