As a result of significant organizational change within Hanes Australasia, this role was created to combine Planning and Buying into a central Merchandise team. The immediate brief was to reinvigorate performance across all channels, whilst concurrently developing and owning the Sheridan product strategy.
Reporting to Brand GM, this was a re-framed role with key focus on embedding planning fundamentals within a legacy process driving change where required. Sheridan is a well-established multi-channel brand with an annual turnover in excess of $220m.
Reporting to MD and a key lead on the Senior Leadership Team, the role manages all the Merchandise Planning functions of the brand. Annual turnover in excess of $240m.
Reporting to MD, working closely with Design and Marketing, this was a newly created role aligning Politix to best merchandise planning practice
Reporting to the CEO, and part of the Senior Leadership Team, this role encompasses total management of the Merchandise Planning function, and a team of 12.
