• It involves home visiting and client monitoring, social support, client prompting of activities of daily living as directed and other activities to support independence and the client's care plan goals
• Care Partner responsibilities include: Personal care services, e.g

-Showering, dressing assistance and toileting (as per competency), Home care and domestic assistance, Assisting clients with other health and wellness activities, e.g

-Walking, exercises, Working under the guidance and supervision of health care professionals, supporting clients with prompting/reminders regarding their medication (if deemed competent), Assisted transport for clients (in suitably insured vehicles), Respecting consumer rights and quality care, informing 'office staff' of all feedback/complaints.

• Provided technical clinical expertise and support of the sales process, Participated in clinical trials including training of site participants and gathered necessary procedure data for analysis required for product validation, Provided medical professionals with training on the use of products and in-services including technical troubleshooting and problem-solving efforts, Completed trainings and gained competencies and certificates on the products handled, Participated in new-hire mentoring and training, Supervised end-users in executing procedures required to sign up for competency and certification, Communicated all relevant customer information including product and/or customer problems or opportunities to Field Sales and Technical Support, Lead the clinical department and took charge of rostering on-call assignment, Coordinated with medical practitioners in planning and preparing supplies necessary for clinical procedures, Supported end-users in clinical cases by operating different medical instruments.

• Assists financing staff upon playing guest enrollment and secures authorization letter from Casino Concierge, Processes and coordinates with concierge personnel on issuance of guests' Player Tracking System Card, Monitors playing guests in VIP gaming room and Informs agents on total bets, losses and guests' winnings, Informs agents on guests' qualification status (EFPRP/ABALP), Attends and informs bar attendants on guests' F&B needs, Books preferred airline tickets and place hotel reservations, Performs data recording and safekeeping, handles and organizes employees records and prepares payroll, Reports important calls from clients to superiors and directs to concerned personnel, Sets appointments and meetings for Superiors and clients and reports related company matters.
