I enjoy spending time expressing my creativity on a canvas through drawing and painting. Continuing my art hobby for years has helped improve my hand-eye coordination and helped expand my mental creativity when it comes to matters outside of the art space. Similar to art, Video games has also helped me improve my reaction time and thought process through having to process lots of information at once. These two hobbies are a great balance with one-another, whilst one is calming and requires patience, the other is a fast paced, full concentration activity. My third Hobby in soccer has been a great way to stay physically healthy. Soccer not only improves my health it also helps my coordination throughout my whole body and allows me to operate my body the way I intend it to move to achieve any task.
