  • Manage all aspects of the Women's Football program, maintaining a strong and successful club culture and adherence to the club vision and values. Inclusive of all operational, administrative, and logistical components for NRLW, NSWRL and Wests Tigers development programs.
  • Recruited, managed, and supported high-performance staff while guiding athletes and coaches. Demonstrating the ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and align performance with culture and vision accross all Wests Tigers Women's Program teams (u14 rep - professional NRLW).
  • Led the end-to-end coordination of daily club operations. Juggling scheduling, facilities, budgeting, equipment, and logistics while driving efficiency and team alignment across multiple programs, venues, age groups, and competition levels.
  • Built and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, including families, schools, and player agents, to support player recruitment, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term alignment with club pathways.

  • I debuted for the New Zealand National team in 2013 as a 21yr old and played in the New Zealand National team for 6 years
  • Traveled all over Asia in both the 3X3 and regular format of the game for international competitions
