With over 24 years of experience as a professional musician, songwriter, educator and manager, Jesse has worked both in Australia and internationally with many of the largest music organisations in the world.


Jesse is four-time ARIA-award-winning songwriter and performer. Best known for founding the music groups Killing Heidi and The Verses, he is a multi-skilled writer, producer, performer, mentor and entrepreneur.


As a hit songwriter, Jesse has achieved critical and commercial success internationally. In 2001 he won the prestigious Australasian Performing Rights Association Song Writer of the Year award and has written eight top 20 hit singles including #1 singles and albums.


As a passionate and collaborative Music business CEO, Jesse brings extensive industry knowledge combined with a unique foundation in training and mentoring emerging artists. Jesse is dedicated to supporting musicians from all cultures and genres in developing their careers and engagement with music as a medium for social impact and change.

  • Media and Spokesperson - Jesse has advanced media and communication skills having appeared on mainstream media in variety of contexts since the age 18. A veteran public speaker, Jesse is at home speaking to Eighty thousand people on stage as he is speaking to young emerging musician or those facing barriers to social inclusion in Youth Justice Detention.


  • As a guitarist, he has performed in major music festivals in Australia and abroad including main stage Big Day Out, Falls Festival, and Livid to name a few. Jesse has toured with some of the biggest acts in the world including Fleetwood Mac, Counting Crows, INXS and Midnight Oil.


  • In the studio, Jesse has collaborated and worked with iconic producers including Mark Opitz (INXS, AC/CD, The Divinyls), Mitchell Froom (Crowded House, The Pretenders) and John Travis (Kid Rock, Social Distortion, Buck Cherry.


  • Jesse also led series of multicultural collaborations featuring refugee hip hop act FLYBZ, Paul Kelly, Waleed Aly, Pataphysics and First Nations artists Dan Sultan and Kutcha Edwards. This work partnered with key community arts organizations The Artful Dodgers Studios and Multicultural Arts Victoria.

  • Secured Australia Council funding, Produced & Co-wrote "Child Soldier" by Flybz feat. Paul Kelly.
  • Founded music social enterprise 'AMPLIFY', helping provide paid performance opportunities for Artful Dodgers participants, with all profits going to help fund the studios programs.
