I really enjoy interacting with people to help them have a positive experience at the hospital—especially the elderly members of our community.

I’m always willing to go the extra mile to help, whether it’s offering a wheelchair to someone or assisting a parent juggling children and belongings. I collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks quickly and effectively for maximum productivity.
My role involves many other tasks such as customer service, assisting patients as required by providing wheelchairs or assistance.
I am flexible and adaptable and sometimes my supervisor delegates tasks for me that are a priority, other times I work alone and use my initiative.
I open the department in the mornings, sometimes very early to ensure everything is done prior to patients arriving.
Report maintenance issues encountered in rooms or common areas to management for prompt resolution.

I volunteered with Chris after school and on weekends.

My role was varied but mainly consisted of cleaning, answering the phone, general administrative duties, customer service, basically anything that was asked of me so that I would have basic skills when applying for paid employment.

I also had to communicate with Chris's customers who were mostly elderly people to assist them with their queries.
