Service machinery, changeout components, diagnose failing components, diagnose mechanical/electrical faults. Working on various machinery in the workshop including trucks, water carts, graders, front end loaders, wheel dozers. Also performing the duties of breakdown fitter across site on the above machinery and also excavators, dozers and draglines.

Field Service heavy diesel fitter with Mader Group's Southern QLD division. Across multiple mine sites in the southern bowen basin. Tasks involved workshop roles such as component changeouts, overhauls, servicing, etc. Excavator shutdowns across the bowen basin including Liebherr, Hitachi and CAT/Terex excavators. Also performing breakdown services at mine sites when required. Attended toolbox meetings and performed work to relevant health and safety requirements at each different site and their rules.

Working on various machinery including trucks (Hitachi AC5000, CAT 793F, 789B/C, 777F, 775E), dozers (CAT D10T, D10T2, D11R, D11T2), graders (CAT 16H, 16M, 24M, 24) and a CAT992G loader. Experience servicing the heavy machinery, component changeouts and system cleanouts. Also have a couple months experience as Pit Fitter doing breakdowns.

Based in Archerfield working for Hastings Deering. Equipment Assembly on CAT construction machinery. Equipment ranging from excavators, dozers, graders, trucks, asphalt pavers, rollers, scrapers, loaders and compactors. Attend toolbox meetings daily and safety discussions, work to a deadline for customers, and delivering a high quality machine to customers.

Experience both in the workshop and field breakdowns. Workshop experience consists of servicing, component changeouts and hydraulic system clean outs. Field breakdown experience includes downdays, shutdowns, diagnosing electrical and hydraulic faults.

Completed a Certificate II in Engineering whilst still completing Years 11 and 12 at school.

Every Tuesday would be at Callide Powerstation. 2012 - part of the CMU team working on mills, coal feeders, soot blowers, organising parts, working on a lathe. 2013 - part of the BMS team working on the Magaldi, pumps, precipitators. Also working on the lathe.

Every Wednesday would complete a day at TAFE at GAGAL's Best Centre
