After work you'll find me in the Dojo training Judo at; Zenbu - Judo & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The Dojo is another home for me and is great for my mental well-being. Judo keeps me flexible, explosive, fit and confident. My Instructors are fantastic mentors, my head coach being a former Olympian whiles some other coaches being former International Champions, being around these calibres does assist in developing my character, discipline, building friendships and staying humble.
