- Taking on the new role and becoming home loan accredited in the same month was a huge step for me
- I loved the leadership element and being able to support the other bankers whilst also working through my own challenges in learning
- I gained a lot of experience when having to step up to be Branch Manager while she was on leave

- I have had the opportunity to learn much more of the personal banking side of things
- I was enrolled into Lending Fundamentals and am now confident with personal loans and have a great understanding around educating customers in digital banking
