  • Taking on the new role and becoming home loan accredited in the same month was a huge step for me
  • I loved the leadership element and being able to support the other bankers whilst also working through my own challenges in learning
  • I gained a lot of experience when having to step up to be Branch Manager while she was on leave

  • This was completely new team for me, but this gave me the opportunity to learn in a new environment and take back great ideas to Willetton

  • I have had the opportunity to learn much more of the personal banking side of things
  • I was enrolled into Lending Fundamentals and am now confident with personal loans and have a great understanding around educating customers in digital banking
