I am a highly positive, reliable and industrious individual who strives to surpass any task that is asked of me. My most recent job role as a Restaurant Supervisor at Watergate Bay hotel pushed me to focus on multitasking with focus on customer service and operational efficiency. My job role at The Bowgie Inn has diversified my skill set and refined my ability to provide memorable customer service experiences for a diverse range of guests and holidaymakers throughout the summer season. Prior to this I worked as a server at Dishoom in London, this role required me to push my customer service skills to the max by having extensive knowledge of the restaurants menu, history and origins. Working at Pullman Resort Bunker Bay allowed me to improve my professionalism and better my communication to enhance relationships with clients. My positions at both Anaconda and Aloha Surfhouse developed my leadership and team building abilities, organisational and time management skills and my overall ability to think on my feet finding solutions to any challenges that I came across.
