My main objective in education is to provide children with a positive environment that sets them on a path for lifelong learning. I aim to consistently implement a program that is inclusive and caters for each child's individual needs by using effective educational techniques to promote successful learning and development. I hold strong values in the importance of developing and maintaining positive relationships with both students and families as I believe children are encouraged to reach their potential when they are supported. I enjoy working collaboratively as a team member to deliver quality teaching and education practices.
