I am a compassionate and dedicated support worker who genuinely cares about making a positive difference in the lives of people with diverse and complex disabilities. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals of all ages and supporting them through various levels of complex care. I have hands-on experience with a wide range of ventilators and respiratory devices, and I’ve worked closely with Registered Nurses assisting with tracheostomy changes and cuff settings. My passion lies in empowering people to maintain their independence and dignity, ensuring they always feel respected and valued. Helping others brings me great fulfillment, and I am committed to providing person-centered care that truly enhances quality of life.
