  • Led the training and onboarding of all new coordinators in the recruitment coordination team, covering key tasks such as managing interview schedules, posting external job advertisements, handling the Hub inbox, conducting reference checks, managing late applications, weekly/monthly reporting tasks and completing COI forms.
  • From the end of 2024 to present, I have been continuously working with management and the reporting team to improve the Time To Fill Reporting process. Though this is still being worked on, we have achieved a much more streamlined process and can find the data we need with much greater accuracy.
  • Updating of current templates and procedure documents to keep up with any new changes we are making.
  • Working with management and the Work Day team to hopefully achieve a new interview scheduling process to help with time management and efficiency.
