• Working on various open cut machines, assistant of rebuild of new transmission and build of new machines, spray painting and high pressure cleaning of dirty machines

• In my role at the kookaburra store I am responsible for Maintaining stock levels in store and on shelves from ordering to packing and stacking, attending to fuel bowser, taking gas bottle counts and fuel level readings for store reserves, kitchen prep, preparing coffee, cooking and cleaning also front counter including customer service, counting tills and answering phone calls
• In the time of kookaburra store I have come to know many of the local regulars who enjoy a friendly conversation every time they come in
• I personally enjoy this social aspect of my work

• Ensured cleanliness and sanitation by thoroughly washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintained a well-organized work area by consistently cleaning surfaces and organizing supplies.
• Maintained clean, trash-free workspaces to maximize productivity and safety.
• Labeled and stored all food items correctly and checked expiration dates routinely.
• Plated and presented food following chef requirements.
• Cleared area, cleaned and wiped tables and chairs to remove residue and comply with hygiene standards.
• Opened, poured, and served hot and cold beverages to residents to complement the food and dining experience.
