- As a Volunteer Case manager at Breaking through rehab, I was undergoing a role as a case manager and intake officer/support worker, my role included managing clients cases whom come from prison who suffer with drugs and alcohol issues as well as some mental illness, I would refer clients to study or other organisation such as Centrelink, employment agencies, doctors, Psychologist and or Psychiatrist
- I would ensure they would attend every appointment necessary and keeping up with their case plan whilst residing in the rehab
