With over 9 years of experience and continuous learning within the childcare and education industry, I am eager to bring my skills, knowledge, and passion for education to your esteemed institution.

From my initial role as a trainee to my positions as a nominated supervisor, educational leader and classroom Teacher I have garnered extensive knowledge from various facets education operations. My commitment to close partnerships with families and fellow educators has consistently contributed to low turnover rates, fostering a stable and supportive environment within each workplace I've worked in.

Recently completing my Bachelor of Education (Birth to 5) in January 2024, I have been dedicated to ongoing professional development. Holding a Certificate 3 since 2019 and completing my Diploma in 2021, my diverse educational background informs my practice and teaching pedagogy, enabling me to adapt seamlessly to the philosophy of any workplace.

I have extensive experience working with children with additional needs as well as educating children and families who have English as a second language. I utilise my advanced computer literacy skills that I use to enhance my work performance on a daily basis.
