Having recently completed my Cert III Individual Support, I have a strong desire to commence my career in the Aged Care Industry. I bring to the role a positive outlook and friendly disposition and a desire to make a positive impact to the lives of the residents.

During my training, I completed a substantial number of placement hours where I had the privilege to work directly with residents. These experiences provided me with invaluable insights into the responsibilities and challenges of an aged care worker. I have developed a deep understanding of the physical and emotional needs of the elderly and the importance of providing compassionate care. My commitment to delivering high-quality support was well-received by both residents and supervising staff. I may be new to the industry, but I bring a wealth of personal qualities that I believe are essential for success in aged care. I am a patient, empathetic, and reliable individual who is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of elderly individuals. My communication skills, both written and verbal, enable me to interact effectively with residents, their families, and the care team. I am a quick learner and a team player, always willing to adapt and contribute to a collaborative and supportive environment.
