I have spent my entire working life around food and what it is to ensure safe and healthy food to accommodate for people with different requirements.
In my time as a cook i have come across many food allergies and different texture needs for groups of vulnerable people, children, the elderly, people with disabilities etc that are required in a hospital base setting and childcare setting.
I have been in charge of creating menus, preparation and cooking of meals, ordering stock weekly and doing food audits to ensure our kitchen and staff are working under the guidelines.
I am a fast learner and have exceptional organization skills.
I can work easily under pressure and i am a very hard worker.

I have acquired a food safety supervisors certificate in my time at Cafe Dolcetto and have completed multiple food safety and hygiene mandatory online trainings during my time as the Cook at Yass Hospital working under Healthshare NSW.
