This position is responsible for the management of twenty five coding caregivers (Team A) of the National Coding Team (NCT) to ensure accurate and timely coding at Murdoch Hospital and Murdoch Surgicentre (WA), Mt Lawley Hospital (WA), Ballarat Hospital (VIC) and Burwood Hospital (NSW) in line with Australian Coding Standards and relevant state advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of coding allocations to ensure Team A remain within KPIs for timely coding and invoicing
  • Management of Team A caregiver rosters and leave
