At my school I was involved in two volunteering clubs:
Kenya Club:
- Brainstorm and organise fundraising events with which the money from was donated to two main charities (AmericaShare and Huru International) that aimed to fund education for children in rural Kenya. Over two years we raised approximately 3,500 AUD (2000 Euros).
Compassion Without Borders:
- Brainstorm and organise fundraising events.
- Deliver necessities (food, clothes, blankets, toiletries, etc.) to the homeless refugee community in Paris.
- Play/help organise soccer outings with a local organisation "Serve the City".
