The role is responsible for management, maintenance, support and monitoring of company's Information Security, ICT infrastructure, ICT support functions, ICT Project Initiative, and Application management and support. The role also supervises, mentors, and coaches ICT Systems Analysts and is the point of escalation. This role closely interacts with
senior leadership, internal and external stakeholders, including external ICT providers in delivering these services. The role is critical in supporting the highest levels of information security, applications, systems, and infrastructure availability.
