In this hybrid role, approximately 80% of my responsibilities are focused on IT support and infrastructure management, with the remaining 20% covering general office administration. I play a key role in maintaining and supporting Oxworks’ cloud-based IT environment, primarily within Microsoft 365 and Azure. This includes managing IT security settings such as multi-factor authentication (MFA), email and activity monitoring, user permissions, and security group policies to maintain a secure and efficient digital workplace.

I provide first-line and ongoing IT support to staff across multiple locations, handling helpdesk tickets, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations. I’m responsible for end-user lifecycle management, including setting up new employees with accounts, devices, email, Microsoft Teams access, and permissions, as well as deactivating and offboarding users securely when they leave the organization.

A key part of my role is supporting and maintaining the SAGE X3 ERP system, including system monitoring, basic administration, and user assistance. I also develop business-critical reports using Phocas, covering areas such as customer satisfaction, Teams pickup rates, and manufacturing performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making across departments.

Project management forms a major part of my responsibilities. I have led and delivered several IT projects such as the company-wide Windows 11 upgrade, transitioning meeting rooms to Yealink Teams-based collaboration systems, upgrading internal systems, and implementing new reporting tools. I manage timelines, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption to the business.

On the administrative side, I handle light office tasks including internal communications, document management, basic procurement assistance, and general operational support. I am also actively learning and applying LEAN manufacturing principles to help streamline both IT and administrative processes.
