I work within a generalist-eclectic social work practice framework grounded in a holistic “person-in-environment” perspective. My approach is informed by Strengths-Based, Solutions-Focused, Empowerment, and Ecological Systems theories, with an overarching lens of Psychodynamic Theory.


Additionally, I hold a two-year Diploma of Counselling, completed prior to my Bachelor of Social Work degree, which further complements and enriches my mental health training and experience.
