  • As a part of service team, attending to all incoming phone calls, listen carefully about the problems related to customers devices (Copiers / Printers / Scan and print management solutions) providing Level 1 help to customers and logging the service jobs in CRM (Salesforce) Service Module
  • Service Controlling for South Australia jobs, understanding the problems with customer device, Flagging the call properly such as hardware / software, identifying available team members and assigning job to respective field techs / Applications team and scheduling their diaries
  • Follow up with service techs and applications team and making sure jobs are attended to within agreed SLA times
  • Escalating to service manager in case of parts unavailability
  • Verifying device coverage and raising the invoices for all chargeable calls (labor / Parts) if device is not under contract
  • Co-ordinating with logistics team for the delivery of the devices and planning the installation and implementation of projects
  • Collecting all signed installation reports scanning and uploading to SAP / SharePoint
  • Generating various service reports and providing them to account managers / service manager
  • Performing other office activities such as attending reception, receiving mail, greeting customers/visitors and guiding them to the right contact, setting up / booking meeting rooms and showroom demos
  • Day-to-day co-ordination with Field Techs, applications team, sales and logistics as required
  • Analyzing Monthly unread meters list and contacting customers pro-actively and logging connectivity calls
  • Acting as a backup for Sales administrator and performing sales admin activities (such as entering the orders in SAP, coordinating with sales and orders team) during absence of sales administrator
