Jiahe Hu

Cybersecurity undergraduate seeking my first professional IT role, with a strong interest in IT support, troubleshooting, and networking. Currently preparing for the CompTIA Network+ certification and experienced with Windows, macOS, and iOS environments. Familiar with common networking hardware and infrastructure, including routers, switches, Ethernet cabling, modems/ONTs, and wireless access points, with hands-on experience configuring my own home wireless bridge and building desktop PCs. I have many years of practical experience troubleshooting computers, mobile devices, software, and home network issues for family members. My previous experience at KFC also helped me develop strong teamwork and operational discipline in a fast-paced kitchen environment, reliability, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to remain calm and productive in fast-paced environments. I am also actively improving my professional English communication skills to better support users and work effectively within IT teams.
