Interests and Hobbies

· I am a digital electronics enthusiast, I usually follow the new product launches of various technology companies, such as cell phones, computers, projectors, 3D printers, etc. It is worth mentioning that I am a loyal customer of DELL, especially like the Alienware series products. I know how to solve computer problems on a daily basis. Besides, I am familiar with PS (Premium support) and PSP (Premium support Plus) because I have been using Dell products for many years.
· I started Taekwondo at a young age and became a black belt in Taekwondo at the age of 18. During my college years, I was the head of my school's Taekwondo club, responsible for the club's normal training and activity organization during the week.
· I'm a LEGO enthusiast and usually I design characters that appear in movies and TV shows in LEGO minifigure style. For this I gathered a group of like-minded friends and created my own brand. I have taught myself 3D modeling, rendering and Adobe AI for better design.

Additional Information

I worked for Deppon Logistics as a customer service specialist, so I'm good at dealing with different kinds of customers. I can identify users' needs and pain points, and I am happy to provide customers with services that suit them. At the same time, because of my previous work experience, I have strong conflict resolution skills and I am able to resolve customer complaints well to avoid escalation.
