• Processes daily sales on POS system.
• Recommend and persuade appropriate products to in-need customers.
• Carry out daily shop maintenance duties (cleaning and organising stock).
• Involved in the fixture of problematic technology (phones and tablets), building a positive and careful learning attitude to avoid unnecessary problems.
• Professionally communicate to customers about the honest situation of their technology products, regardless of good or bad.

• Teamwork skills were largely enhanced due to the busy nature of Christmas time in one of the busiest shopping centres.
