I promptly responded to emergency situations arising from sudden illness or injury. My vigilant observations encompassed monitoring patients for any alterations in their physical or mental condition. When necessary, I promptly reported changes in patient status to the registered nurse or attending physician. In addition to clinical assessments, I prioritized patient comfort by administering measures such as back rubs and strategically positioning pillows. My compassionate care extended to assisting patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Furthermore, I fulfilled fundamental patient care duties by meticulously recording vital signs, measuring height and weight, and meticulously documenting intake and output.

I actively supported nursing staff in delivering direct patient care during shift assignments. My commitment extended to participating in continuing education programs, ensuring that I remained abreast of the latest developments in healthcare technology and best practices.
