• Contact with foreign law firms for submission of applications into EU and international stage
• Contact with other internal and external co-operating teams in cooperation of domestic patent applications
• Conduct legal research
• Case status tracking and Report to client directly

• Translate legal documents and arrange for translations
• Prepare formal application documents (i.e
• CPC document) for submission
• Review the documents prepared by junior paralegals
• Annuity monitoring
• Other matters regarding Foreign Direct Investment and Intellectual Property in China.

• Corporate with leading foreign law firms for Fortunes 500 clients for their investments in China (but not limited to establishment of companies and branches, change of the organization and personnels and other post-registrations)
• Draft the application documents, submit the applications and communicate with the officials in the different authorities
• Conduct legal research
• Case files docketing and management
• Arrange and organize franchises/local agencies to submit the applications
• Assist GM on billing, payment matters for the franchises/agents
• Other related matters for clients' investment in China.
