My passion for functional health started when I endeavored into the world of parkour. At age 15 till my parents stopped me continuing only 3 months after, I was a fanatic for all the parkour skills and conditioning that came with it.
A discipline in itself but was driven by the conditioning needs of parkour. I still practice calisthenics today as I believe it is the ultimate functional skill humans can have.
Weight training is one of my more calm hobbies that I use for body building (aesthetic wise) and rehabbing for when I need to rest from parkour and calisthenics.
