My goals and objectives are to have more opportunities to practice and want to be organized and knowledgeable Registered Nurse experienced in different clinical background. Putting person-centered care into practice by satisfying patient's holistic needs. Getting to become more professional to work within scope of practices by obeying standards of nursing practice to establish therapeutic relationship with patients and performing a safety nursing care.
