Ding. is an online supermarket, selling commodities such as fresh and frozen foods, fruits, staples, etc.
People who can buy stuff they need on a web page or phone app with Ding. Once Ding. received the order will be sent our driver to deliver those goods in a day.
I joined Ding in early 2017 and finish in early 2018, the reason I am leaving because my boss shut down the company and go back to his own country for personal reasons.
Ding is a company with good profitability and one of the earliest online companies in Australia.
I worked as the inventory manager in Ding, and my main task was to contact local suppliers to purchase the required food items, control the inventory in and out and check the inventory every month. On the other hand, I also have to arrange routes and drivers to deliver goods.
Although I haven't been in this company for long, I've actually learned a lot. In this year, I have mastered strong inventory management knowledge and personnel scheduling ability.

Travel Aus. is a tourist company which transfer people from China to Australia who wants to have a great trip.
This travel agency was set up by myself after I left Ding. The company, which caters to international travelers, works with Alibaba, China's largest online shopping site.
Similar to the working principle of Ding, people choose their favorite travel goods on the website, such as a one-day tour on Great Ocean Road, and then place an order on Alibaba. The order information will be sent to us in real time. When we receive the order, we will arrange a driver to pick up the customers after they arrive in Australia.
In this company, I am in an all-round position to arrange personnel and formation, solve problems, provide pre-sales and after-sales service, etc.
Travel Aus has now been shut down because of the contract with Alibaba. It's a long story, but even without the previous issues it would have been shut down because of Novel Coronavirus.
Although I've only been in business for two years, I've learned skills that will last a lifetime, as the follow.
MSY Technology is a computer parts company that sells computers and accessories, MSY also provides long-term warranty and repair services.
I joined MSY Technology in November 2020 and officially resigned in June 2021. During this period, I mainly provided consultant services and repair diagnosis for the company, But at the same time, I also took over as a store manager sometimes when I been asked to do so.
My main job is to assemble computer systems, diagnose and repair parts, and keep in touch with our store manager and warranty department. When problems occur, I will contact the store manager and ask him to tell the customer the waiting time. If we have corresponding accessories, we will directly replace them with the customer. The broken parts are handed over to the warranty department and sent to the supplier.
The System problem will be also solved, such as Word, Excel, internet problem, switch machine and etc.
On the other hand, it is also necessary to answer the customer's questions, such as clone, raid system and etc.
The reason I am leaving MSY just because too far away from my living place, I am living in point cook, but MSY Technology in Dandenong South, every day I have to drive 150+KM on the road which might take me 3-4 hours on a daily trip.
