• Working as Lead Salesforce Developer on design and implementations on Telstra Health 1800 website(National Domestic Family and Sexual Violence Counselling Service). Performed Peer Code Review and collaborate with QA team.

• Worked as Lead Salesforce Developer on design and implementations of Client Intake Flow Application(built on Salesforce). Where Client Intake Users will collect the information about the client enquiry (eg : Accident, Abuse, Worker Compensation etc) and based on triage questions and answers create enquiry and schedule appointment with Lawyers.
• Facilitated requirement gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize product backlogs and develop comprehensive execution plans.

• Working as the technical lead on the design and implementation of the Salesforce-based application Score 2.0 for Woolworths BIG W. Application is maintaining the Non-conformance cases raised against the supplier and distributors on their delivery items. And portal is allowing suppliers to resolve non-conformance cases assigned to them.
• Involving Client interaction, requirement gathering.
• Involve in preparing Design specifications(HLD and LLD) and Technical Documentation based on requirements.
• Working on integration between Salesforce and SAP system.
• Working on integration with the systems named WMS and VQC for case flows to Salesforce.
