• Responsible for 5G and LTE mobility strategy design, implementation and monthly governance.
• LTE Energy saving feature monthly audit.
• LAC/TAC dimensioning and PCI/RSI/PSC Planning.
• Spoke for Nokia SON (EdenNet) implementation and performance review with Airtel local team & Airtel headquarter.
• Tuned & Optimized Adaptive MIMO Switch, UL/DL COMP features ,Testing of Carrier aggregation & Multilayer mobility.

• Daily and weekly check LTE KPI’s like RRC Setup Success Rate, ERAB Setup Success Rate, Service Drop Rate, DL Throughput , UL Throughput, SRVCC Success Rate and perform action to improve.
• LAC/TAC dimensioning and PCI Planning for new site by using MUSA.

· Meeting pre/post KPIs post New site rollout activities.

• LTE new features and system software trials recommendations based on business requirements and latest release features on Nokia System.
• Check new site drive test report, analyses and submit to customer for acceptance.
• VOLTE and SRVCC successful testing first time in Airtel Kenya.
• DSS (Dynamic Spectrum Sharing) GSM+LTE successfully test first time in Airtel Kenya.Working as a SME LTE rollout for Airtel Kenya network
• Modernization and New Site rollout deployment and make network ready for 5G.

· Responsible for all the planning and optimization activities for LTE/3G /2G.

• New Features and System Software trials recommendations based on business requirements and latest release features on Nokia System.
• Monitoring and Analysis of LTE KPIs such as RACH Setup SR, ERAB Setup SR, RRC Setup SR, ERAB Drop rate, Intra and Inter frequency Handover SR, PDCP DL & UL throughput
• New feature trails and testing for features such as Fast return, LTE System Information, Interference aware UL power control, Interference aware UL scheduling, Fast uplink link adaptation, Uplink Comp etc.
• Planning Mass events and Performing required parameter/configuration changes for LTE/3G/2G technologies
• VOLTE and SRVCC successful testing first time in MCI.
• Green field LTE Launch and feature testing.
• Monitoring & analysis of 3G KPIs like RAB establishment success rate, SHO, IRAT HO, Pilot pollution, CDR & CSSR for all services like HSDPA, HSUPA, R’99, Voice & Video.
• Reducing the SHO overhead by Neighbor optimization by making Physical changes to achieve desired Pilot Coverage and Ec/No further recommendation of varying CPICH power for network access issue, working for soft handover.
• Responsible for Monthly operator review and recommendation for coverage/quality improvement for areas having low performance.

· Responsible for handling CXO level customer complaints.

• Kuala Lumpur City & Kuala Lumpur Valley area swap from Ericsson BTS to NSN Flexi Multi-Radio BTS after that post optimization
• Responsible for the network performance as per objective and keeping Quality of Service to optimum level & get final cluster/ site acceptance.
